SUB4 – Australian Consumer Law Compliant Policy

At SUB4, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All SUB4 teamwear and customised items are produced to your approved designs, specifications, and quantities.

Because these products are made to order:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
  • Refunds for incorrect size selection are not available
  • Size exchanges are not available

We strongly recommend:

  • Carefully reviewing all sizing using our size guides
  • Confirming quantities and selections before final approval
  • Ordering samples where fit, fabric, or colour matching is important

Once an order has been approved and production has commenced, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • A repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

These rights apply regardless of the made-to-order nature of the product.

FAULTY, INCORRECT, OR NON-COMPLIANT ITEMS

If your order:

  • Is faulty or damaged
  • Does not match the approved design or specifications
  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@sub4.com.au.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide:

  • A repair
  • A replacement
  • Or a refund

depending on the nature of the issue.

SUB4 will cover return shipping costs for approved faulty or incorrect items.

APPROVAL & PRODUCTION

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, sizing, and order details prior to production.

SUB4 is not responsible for errors that were approved at the proof stage, including:

  • Spelling, logos, or design placement
  • Colour selections (within accepted production tolerances)
  • Sizing choices

WARRANTY & PRODUCT PERFORMANCE

Our teamwear is designed for performance and durability.
Normal wear and tear, including damage from misuse or incorrect care, is not considered a fault.

However, if a product fails earlier than reasonably expected, it may still be covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
